GLM Remote Support

To start a remote support session, you have to run the "remote support customer module" on your PC. The remote support is not for free and will be charged if you have no support contract.

You can download and run the customer module from this page. No administrator rights are needed. To start the remote support session please click on the link below and run the program.

Please inform your administrator before you start a remote support session!

GLM uses TeamViewer for remote support.
