Pictor-3D

Pictor-3D is a plug-in for McNeel´s Rhinoceros^® NURBS Modeling Software.

In combination with the GLM field logger and data collector 3-DIM Observer, it is possible to visualize analyses such as cylinder, place, or circle just by pressing a button.

Objects measured and analyzed with 3-DIM Observer are automatically drawn.

The following analyses are supported:

• Points
• Circles
• Flanges
• Centers of gravity
• Straight lines
• Frustums
• Pipe systems
• Polylines
• Cross-sections
• Planes

  Pictor-3D is the ideal tool to dimension, document, and graphically depict numeric data from the field data collector.

  Tracking and Scanning:
  Measuring points can be modeled as areas or fields. Point clouds can be imported from 3-DIM Observer.

  Calculating Volumes from Measured Values:
  The measured data are imported to Pictor-3D. The grid model is manually converted to areas. Once the volume body is finished, you immediately have your desired result.
