The evaluation is based on the standards ISO 12488-1 and VDI 3576 for the new construction, reconstruction and repair of crane runways. The results of the crane runway survey are automatically output a few minutes later by using the software package (3-DIM Crane). 3-DIM Crane consists of a Microsoft Excel<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> based application and a plug-in for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.glm-laser.com\/glm\/software-for-sokkia-and-topcon\/pc-software-en2\/3-dim-pt\/?lang=en\">Rhino3D<\/a><sup>\u00ae<\/sup> or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.glm-laser.com\/glm\/software-for-sokkia-and-topcon\/pc-software-en2\/3-dim-pc-basic\/?lang=en\">3-DIM PC-Basic<\/a>. The measurement is performed by a 3D measuring system with 3-DIM Observer Motorized<\/p>\n<p> The automated test protocol provides &nbsp;information about:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tolerance of span \u201es\u201c \u2013 tolerance A<\/li>\n<li>Tolerance of horizontal straightness of rail head \u2013 tolerance B<\/li>\n<li>Tolerance of straightness related to the height of crane rail center \u2013 tolerance C<\/li>\n<li>Tolerance of height related to opposite track &nbsp;\u2013 tolerance E<\/li>\n<li>Tolerance of parallelism of end stops \u2013 tolerance F<\/li>\n<li>Tolerance of inclination difference of opposite rails \u2013 tolerance N <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.glm-laser.com\/glm\/wp-content\/uploads\/Archer-2-Schlitten-SMR-Schienen-ausrichten-5_bearb_2-1024x607.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4729\" width=\"291\" height=\"172\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.glm-laser.com\/glm\/wp-content\/uploads\/Archer-2-Schlitten-SMR-Schienen-ausrichten-5_bearb_2-1024x607.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.glm-laser.com\/glm\/wp-content\/uploads\/Archer-2-Schlitten-SMR-Schienen-ausrichten-5_bearb_2-300x178.png 300w, https:\/\/www.glm-laser.com\/glm\/wp-content\/uploads\/Archer-2-Schlitten-SMR-Schienen-ausrichten-5_bearb_2-768x455.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 291px) 100vw, 291px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p>Components of the measuring system are a motorized industrial tachymeter (laser station), a field computer or tablet and a rail measuring carriage equipped with spherical adapter.
