Pipes and Flanges

Dimensioning pipes and flanges with the SOKKIA NET1AXII or NET05AXII in combination with the 3-DIM Observer makes pipeline dimensioning a breeze.

Just one mouse click and the logged data can be visualized in 3-DIM PT. All relevant components are depicted without any additional effort.

The special functions circle/flange/cylinder support the work of pipeline engineers. Center points with basic information (radius, position of center points, concentricity) are generated in a flash. Applications include dimensioning of template pipes, geometric check of existing machines or aggregates up to and including acute component replacement. The file format of the 3-DIM Observers is compatible with the 3R software (www.3-r.de/). This makes it possible to generate isometric drawings and manufacture fittings based on the measured data.
