Spherical reflectors
An important part of optical 3D measurement is the measuring tools that come into contact with the object surface. We recommend the following spherical reflectors (Corner Cubes), whose geometrical design is a full sphere but differs in the type of optical detectionGLM offers different versions of spherical reflectors. They differ in their centering accuracy and ruggedness.
Glass prism reflector
TBR
The new TBR series (“Tooling Ball Reflector”) is resistant to thermal extremes, water, humidity, dust, crashes and other physical impacts. The TBR series has a diameter of 1.5″ and is equipped with a 25.4 mm prism and is available with the following centering accuracies:

SMRs (Spherically Mounted Retroreflectors)
SMR
The SMR (“Spherical Mounted Reflector”) has a diameter of 1.5″. The surface quality and roundness is remarkably good. The following centering accuracies are available:

SMR Break Proof
